Potatoes gateau

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 120gr of cooked ham in pieces
  • 100 gr dripped mozzarella
  • 50gr of Parmesan cheese
  • 30 gr of butter
  • ground pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr smoked smoked cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of grated pan.

PREPARATION:

  • Wash and bake potatoes in salted water for 40 minutes
  • once they are drained, peel and crush them with the crushed potato
  • combine crushed potatoes, parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix
  • add ham, shredded mozzarella and scamorza
  • Fill and sprinkle with a baking oven, then put the mixture and level it
  • cover the surface of the gateau with the remaining grated Parmesan cheese and butter flakes
  • bake at 180 ° for the first 15 minutes; then bring the oven to 200 ° for the next 15 minutes.
