Basmati rice, zucchini and melon

Ingredients:

  • 150 g Basmati rice,
  •  2 zucchini,
  •  1 red onion,
  • Ripe melon (if you like)

Preparation:

  • Cook the basmati rice being careful not to overcook.
  • Cook the zucchini in a pan with oil, little vegetable nut and sliced red onion.
  • Leave the crunchy vegetables in order to preserve all their properties.
  • Place the basmati rice in the center of the dish,
  • Cover with zucchini and add some melon fillet.
