Vegan Onion Soup

Ingredients:

  • 600 g of thinly cut white onions
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • half a glass of water
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • sage, salt and pepper, evo oil
  • slices of homemade bread,
  • aromatic vegetable cheese

Preparation:

  • put onions a saucepan and add half a glass of water
  • cook for 15 minutes with sage, salt and pepper
  • combine 2 spoons and flour and slowly boiling broth - cook on low heat for 50min
  • pour the soup on the slices of toast and sprinkle with flakes of vegetable cheese
