Pureed soup

Ingredients:

  • purple potatoes: 300g;
  • milk: 250ml;
  • water: 400 ml;
  • oil: q.b;
  • chopped onion: 1/2;
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Preparation:

 

  • peel potatoes;
  • cut into rings;
  • cook potatoes and onions in low heat;
  • add water, salt and pepper;
  • fire off add milk;
  • blend.
