Pureed soup of potatoes & chestnuts

Ingredients:

  • Red potatoes (mozart): 150g
  • Chestnuts: 500g
  • onion: 1 
  • soup: 1 glass
  • oil, salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • wash, incise the chestnuts, cook in salad water for 45min. 
  • peel warm
  • blent in to a mixer with warm sourp
  • cut the potatoes
  • cook potatoes and crambler onion for 15min.
  • blent the mixture of chestnuts and the potatoes in to a mixer.
