Potatoes gnocchi

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 300 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt

Preparation:

  • Boil the potatoes with all the peel in plenty of boiling water
  • quench them and then peel and crush them by letting them fall on a work surface
  • add flour and egg and knead
  • mold the cylindrical dough and cut so many packs.
  • apply a slight pressure with the fork on the nozzles to impress the traditional dumplings design
  • cook in boiling and salted water for 2/3 min.

season with tomato sauce.

serve hot
