Mini pizzas

Ingredients:

  • purple potatoes: 150g;
  • flour: 200g;
  • oil
  • cooked ham: 100g;
  • Sottiletta cheese: 3

Preparation:

  • boiling and peeling potatoes;
  • reduce them to pulp;
  • mix with flour and 2 tablespoons of oil;
  • spread the dough with a rolling pin;
  • create discs 
  • season with cooked ham and thin;
  • close by pressing with a fork;
  • cook in a pan with a little oil.
